When it's time, if you have the BlueBet app, it will update to the new betr app. If you have the betr app, the app will prompt you to update to the new app. The old betr app will no longer operate.
On Wednesday 28th August we will be launching an all-new betting experience including a brand-new app with all the features you’ve told us you want.
The BlueBet app will automatically update with the betr look and feel and contain all your pending bets, cash and bonus balances from both brands.
Keep an eye on your inbox and phone as we will notify you as soon as it's ready.
All of your existing account details will be moved across, including:
• Your account details
• Any available cash and bonus cash balances
• Pending bets
• Responsible Gambling settings (including deposit limits)
• Marketing preferences for email and SMS communications
If you have a Betr and BlueBet account, your pending bets, available cash and bonus cash balances will be combined into your Betr account.

Simply login using either your email address and password for betr customers or your username and password for BlueBet customers.
The log in details you use to log in to the new betr website for the first time will be the details you use ongoing. If you forget your login details for either BlueBet or betr, you will need to use One-Time Password on the app to access your account or the Forgot Details button on the login screen on website or app to access login recovery options.
If you are a customer with both betr and BlueBet, your betr cash balance will be combined with your BlueBet cash balance. This combined balance will be available in your betr account.
What if I only have a BlueBet account?
If you only have a BlueBet account, there will be no changes to your account balance. Your balance will remain as it is, and you will continue to use your account without any disruptions.
What if I only have a betr account?
If you only have a betr account, your betr cash balance will be available in the new app. This will not affect your deposit limits.
If you are a customer of both betr and BlueBet, any pending bets from both accounts will be combined and remain available in your account. This ensures that all your active bets are carried over seamlessly.
No, you do not need to take any action. Pending bets from betr will be transferred automatically.
What if I only have a BlueBet account?
If you only have a BlueBet account, there will be no changes to your pending bets. Your bets will remain active and unaffected by the rebrand to betr.
What if I only have a betr account?
If you only have a betr account, your pending bets will be automatically transferred.
Your transaction history with BlueBet will not change and will remain available in the Transaction section on the website. You can also download it as a CSV file in the Transactions section. Transaction in the new betr app will be listed in the existing transaction history.
You can access your betr transaction history for all activity in the old app by navigating to the Transactions section on the website. There will be a link that generates a CSV file containing your complete transaction history, including all bets, deposits, and withdrawals, excluding bets placed using bonus cash.
All transactions in the new betr app will be listed in the Transaction section of the website.
If you are a customer of both betr and BlueBet, your bonus cash balance from betr will be combined with your BlueBet bonus cash balance. The combined bonus cash will be converted into Bonus Bet(s).
Your combined Bonus Cash balance will be converted into Bonus Bet(s) in the new betr app. You will be able to split the Bonus Bet balance into multiple Bonus Bets if desired.
What if I only have a BlueBet account?
If you only have a BlueBet account, there will be no changes to your bonus balance. Your existing Bonus Cash and Bonus Bets will remain as they are.
What if I only have a betr account?
If you only have a betr account, your available Bonus Cash balance will be available to you in the new app and website and converted into Bonus Bet(s).
Yes, it is up to you to split the Bonus Bet(s) once converted. You can manage how you use your Bonus Bet(s) through your account.
Your existing marketing preferences on your BlueBet or betr account will remain in place.
Yes, you can change your marketing preferences at any time by logging into your account and updating your settings. You can choose to opt in or out of various types of marketing communications.
Deposit Limits are remaining in place and will continue to apply in the new app. If you have a BlueBet and Betr account, you will receive communications about how your deposit limits are being applied and any changes that may occur.
What if I only have a BlueBet account?
If you only have a BlueBet account, there will be no changes to your deposit limits. You will continue to have the option to set deposit limits over 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days, as per usual.
What if I only have a betr account?
Your deposit limit with betr will be retained and applied in the new app moving forward. If you have multiple deposit limits set with betr, the most restrictive deposit limit will be applied. Customers can only have one deposit limit on the new betr platform.
If your most deposit limit on betr is a fortnightly limit, this limit will remain in place on the new betr app. However, if you would like to change your deposit limit in the new betr app, you will need to select a deposit limit for 1 day, 7 days or 30 days.
Deposits already made on betr during the current deposit limit period will be counted toward your total deposit limit. For example, if you have a $50 weekly deposit limit and have already deposited $20, you will only be able to deposit $30 more until the deposit limit resets.
You can change your deposit limit at any time in the app or website, or by contacting customer support for assistance.
Decreases to your deposit limit will be applied immediately. If you would like to increase or remove your deposit limit, the standard 7 day cooling off period will apply.
If you are on a break with BlueBet or Betr, your break will remain in place on the new app for your selected period.
